✅ WORDPRESS POINT SYSTEM

Today we will see a plugin called ‘Wordpoints‘ with which we will be able to create a reward system of points to users who do specific actions. With this plugin we can give points to users for registering, for commenting on pages and posts, for responding to comments that have a specific condition, for browsing the web, etc.. Every time a user performs one of the actions that you have chosen in the control panel will take the amount of points that you have set.

This plugin is compatible with BuddyPress and Woocommerce (customers can pay with points) although the extensions are paid. You will also have a series of shortcodes with which you can display the number of user points, the ranking of users with more points, and the list of actions that the user has to do to earn points.

In the following video we will install and activate the plugin. We will see the tabs that the plugin offers us. We will create a type of points. We will create a few actions and we will grant them an amount of points and when the user performs it he will receive that amount of points.

In the examples we will see how it affects our control panel every time a user performs an action. The truth is that the plugin is quite simple and intuitive.
Anyway if you need to do another action in particular and the plugin does not give you the option or do not know how to do it or have any questions, suggestions or whatever you can send me an email through the contact form or leave a comment on this post and we can see if you have a solution.
